As Festival Director, I was responsible for all copywriting materials, including social media posts, the festival website, newsletters, and press releases. My goal was to increase visibility of the festival itself while staying true to the grassroots fan base. I increased created the education arm of the organization as well, which had consistently full workshops and events.
